Heal Yourself with Sunlight

I have grown to admire and appreciate Andreas Moritz's information from both his background as well as my own personal experience.This book offers some important information regarding an under utilized health/life essential aid and tool- (make sure to incorporate responsibly) the sun.I appreciate the journey and breakdown that this book takes the reader through, so much so that I purchased a few additional copies for loved ones.

This is an excellent book and one that you might want to share with family or friends who have been diagnosed with skin cancer. The author suggests that the sun is not something to be avoided for fear of cancer. In fact, he says that research has proven that skin cancers occur most frequently in those who seldom spend time outdoors; who are exposed to artificial light during most of their work time; and those who use sunscreen and sunglasses to block out the sun's rays. I found this very interesting because I have 3 siblings. One works in construction and is obviously outside a lot. The other two are office workers. Guess which two got skin cancer. The author also brings diet into the equation, suggesting that Vitamin D is essential; that some polyunsaturated fats up the risk of cancer, and that liver toxicity needs to be addressed. Plus so much more.There is a wealth of information and food for thought here. I found the whole book fascinating. Highly recommend.

I like to pick up this book and read a few pages every now and then and try to implement everything. So far it’s been really helpful

This is an easy read with well documented information on the effect of sunlight and your health. I cant speak for others but after reading this book and taking in more sunshine I feel much, much better. Who would have thought it would be that easy!! Humans have lived for thousands of years without sunscreen... kind of makes you wonder why we all the sudden need it now? Maybe the same people that brought us global warming? Makes you think!!!

Fantastic Read. Very informative with good information. Makes me less worried about sun exposure and more worried about getting enough vitamin D!

This is a critical book explaining in a fair bit of detail the importance of natural sunlight and it's positive effects on our bare skin and eyes. Humans have been around for at least 500000 years and to ignore the sun and say it's dangerous is completely missing the point. The sun is critical for human health and more books should be written on this subject.

and I love them all!I definitely believe that sun can heel you and Andreas explain it in this booklet in plain English.This booklet is actually a part from his bigger book Timeless Secrets of Health and Rejuvenation so if you own it you don't need this one but if you don't you can find here very useful information.

Fantastic book loaded with great information and good news about our wonderful sun ! We now know the sun is not to be feared, but to be used to keep us healthy. I am lucky to find this out and hope this information will get out to the general public.

It is a good book

I learned so many things about the powers of the sun, and one of the most important was that sunscreens were the culprit and not the sun itself, instead we are taught to fear the sun. On the contrary the sun is a natural healer to be revered and loved. If you are sun sensitive, find out why! There's a reason. This book taught me just how ignorant and mislead about the sun we really are and how the body actually interacts and reacts to the sun also how it communicates with us when we are in a state of toxicity.When we think we know, we don't know and that in which we have been taught to fear is actually a lie.... So we are doing an injustice to ourselves and to our bodies by drifting further and further away from nature. Andreas Moritz brings to light all the things that we as earth bound beings need to know and understand in order to live abundant healthy and happy lives.Based on scientific evidence that sunlight is a natural medicine, we blindly look to laboratory made chemicals in forms of drugs for solutions that hurt and cripple our immune system when it is out there under the sun free for all. I'd rather visit the sun than visit the doctor!All the misconceptions about the dangers of the sun were purposely created so that later they can reap the benefits of their fear campaign.Create fear first, then create the product.... Who will check or do anything if it doesn't work?If we look at life today especially through the television it is nothing but a bombardment of misery and destruction. Confusing and creating a fear and hopelessness in mankind. Books such as Heal Yourself with Sunlight enlighten the mind, uplift the soul and give mankind a second chance. It is truth speaking and will get you thinking. Now this is the real ray of sunlight that we need to be connecting with as it inspires, uplifts and educates! Truth prevails in this book.
