Got this for a flapper costume for Halloween. Really good quality for a costume. Loved it! Fits true to size. Not flimsy and it is very comfy. Love it. I wore a slip under it.

Good fit but a bit gaudy!
Wore it for a work event and received best dressed (paired with a good set of heels, headband, gloves and period jewelry). I did alter it slightly to fit me better.
