So far it's pretty good. I was diagnosed with PCOS a couple years ago. I'm 34 and had my kids early on so I can't comment on wether this will help or not as I have my tubes tied. However, I noticed that my period was a full 7 days like when I was in my 20's and not nearly as painful. I've only used this for almost a month. My mood has slowly been improving. Diagnosed with PCOS since I was 19. Was put on birth control to “try” and regulate my cycles. I went on this product after years of being told that no one really knew why I had very long cycles (around 66 days long), but that “maybe” I had PCOS (even though the lab work didn’t show that). So I've been taking the myo inositol and d chiro inositol for 5+ months and nothing has improved. I still haven't ovulated since October, none of my pcos symptoms are any better. And it feels like I've wasted $200+. I wanted this to work so bad and taking it for 5+ months I feel has given it plenty of time to take some sort of effect but no such luck

I have suffered with PCOS and went to a specialist with a previous partner when trying to conceive. After testing it was found that I do not ovulate, or at least so sporadically it was never detected. My current partner and I have not used protection for 4 years and while we were not actively trying, there was never signs of ovulation or pregnancy. I suffer from pcos and my doctor told me to get on birth control pills and I didn’t want to do that because I didn’t want to gain any weight. Anywho, I was spotting for 2 months straight and I was going crazy. I took a hormone test and my testosterone levels were too high for a women. To make a long story short, I stumbled on these pills and let me tell you....they gave me my life back. I have had regular periods and absolutely no spotting.
