This cloche is the perfect size. It has been a game changer for my sourdough journey. I don't use my dutch oven anymore. This cloche makes the BEST bread

...two big ones and two middle size pots... because my bread got popular :) I like also their banneton baskets, little deeper shape, makes pretty bread.

The cast iron is good. My only issue was with the banneton which had a heavy smell that was unpleasant and somewhat difficult to remove. I washed it with soap and water and let it sit in the sun for a day for several intervals which seemed to work. I’ve been baking successfully for about a month now without issue.

Season iron cloche properly and you can bake and get your perfect beautiful round crunchy sourdough bread ! I am very impressed with this one! Hardly found one that works well for me but this one is just as I want it..Highly recommend
