Delicious way to enjoy an afternoon
This xiao qing gan tea was everything I hoped for and more. The tin arrived safe and contained about 17 tangerine peels filled with pu’ehr tea. Each ball was carefully wrapped in paper, covered in foil and finally in plastic. Upon Opening the first tangerine the aroma was excellent and smelled amazing. I steeped the tea in a cast iron tea pot. After a quick wash, i steeped the tea at 195 degrees for about 15 seconds. I got 7 total infusions peaking between the second and third infusions. The tangerine aroma was excellent throughout the entire session. The up front flavor is best described as tangerine and a well loved book. This may sound weird, but you will understand once you try it. Midway through the sip it morphs into a brief mineral interlude before rounding out to honey and tangerine. After finishing a cup and allowing time a sense of returning sweetness comes back. I spent an afternoon with this tea exploring multiple infusions and experiencing how this beautiful tea changes from one infusion to the next. I can’t wait until I have time to experience this again. If you are considering this tea, I highly recommend it. If you never have had it before the tangerine peel is green and the condensed citrus oil is white. The tea leaves are whole and not broken. They clearly were carefully stuffed into the tangerines. I am not a tea expert, but my impression is the quality is superior and at about $2 per session the value is excellent.

Amazing tea highly recommend
This is such a magnificent tea, the flavors are unreal, the color is deep red . Sometimes I put a but of honey to bring out the citrus .. highly recommend .. each sphere can be brewed 15-20 times .

Yuck.
Save your money and just buy from a reputable tea website. This tasted like the inside of a tackle box. Fish and Anise. Waste of money. Terrible quality.

The tea-lover's tea - for something different or unusual
This is the real deal, ripe Pu Erh tea, packed into the natural, dried skin of a tangerine/orange. Wonderful citrus orange flavor, with that rich, earthy, voluptuous, truly full-bodied tea. Absolutely wonderful and a perfect alternative to regular ('boring') tea or coffee. Fruity without overpowering the tea. Not a fruit tea - a tea, with fruit. You can either tip the tea out and brew it like that for a more subtle 'essence' of orange flavor to it or do as I do and break the dried tangerine skin up and put pieces into the tea pot with the tea while it brews for a full-on orange taste. I love tea, especially Pu Erh tea and this is an excellent addition to a collection of teas I keep in my cupboard. As a software developer I power my coding during the weekday mornings with black coffee brewed to quasi-atomic strengths for maximum caffeination but in the afternoons and at the weekend I drink only tea. Pu Erh is definitely a tea for tea lovers, and this is a great version of it.

Surprising
I ran out of my usual Citrus Pu'erh tea, thought I've give this a try. Loved it! Pu'erh seems young but the liquor was a nice color and rich. Got about 7 Gong Fu sessions. Nice find.

good tea
I tried the Tea and was pleasantly surprised. The tea has a rich, mellow Pu-erh base balanced with the bright, citrus aroma of Xinhui tangerine peel. Each cup feels smooth, slightly sweet, and very comforting. The individually packed mini oranges make it convenient to brew, and the flavor develops nicely with multiple steeps. Great for both daily drinking and sharing with guests. Would recommend for anyone who enjoys traditional Chinese tea with a refreshing twist.

Inexcusable damage
I had wanted to display my tea tin in my tea room. One of the beautiful components to traditionsl Chinese tea is the esthetics. It's why I choose this tea over others, because of the pretty packaging. It was very disappointing to open my package and find the tea tin so badly damaged that I can not display it. Another component to the tea ceremony is that the tea is presented with a certain beauty and reverence. The damaged packaging ruins the presentation, the ritual and the ceremony, reducing the value of something precious 😞

Yummy and high quality!
High quality puerh in little oranges! It's great. This is one of my favorite ways of drinking puerh, and if you've never tried it this is a great way to start. I will say though, it seemed like I got fewer steeps out of this one than I expected (closer to 5 steeps in a 120ml Gaiwan vs 10 or more that other puerh can do).
