Bought this as a Christmas present but as we already have one this was the reason we bought it. They’re excellent. Loads of adjustments to achieve the perfect grind. Have had our one for 6 years without a hitch.

Positive:Good size - large enough to not require filling every week, but small enough to be easily handledGood colourGood build - The variable settings for the milling setting is excellent - allowing coarse for presentation and fine for cooking.Negatives:Peppercorns can get lodged in the reservoir, forcing you to turn upside down and shake.

I have now been using this for the past 2 weeks and am starting to wonder how i managed without it for so long!The adjusting device is more than a gadget and you get to use whether you are using pepper for a sauce or for a steak or to finish off a pasta dish.I ended buying 2, 1 for my dad who is as delighted as me.At just over £30: it is a brilliant gift idea for anyone who likes cooking.Highly recommended.
