Really a nice laptop. Well made very lightweight quick and user friendly. Would buy a Dell anytime!

I used it to burn a Blu-ray Disc and it kept chucking the job. So I decided to burn the image to the hardrive. That went so quick I was shocked!! Burning the image to the blu-ray went great. HOWEVER, when I tried to play the movie I got the error “This video can’t be played on this device”. I have performed all the updates and get the same message. I’m very disappointed that a machine built within the last 5 years cannot play a High Definition Disc!! If anyone has an answer it would be greatly appreciated.

This Dell laptop died 3 days after I purchased it. I would not blame the Vendor that Amazon bought it from. I have had a lot of computers all but three have been Dells, so I was very surprised when this one died. I contacted Dell, one agent had me do several things that did not work, and he believed, the motherboard was bad. I lost the email that we had did some other communications about this product, and I deleted that email so I could contact him again, the other agents I spoke to were doing everything they could to make sure it wasn't going to be fixed. The strangest thing is it has 3 different service tag numbers, and it should only have one, two the service # were close the only thing difference between them was the # 2, but the third one was completely different this makes no sense. Then I was told there was no such thing as the 3530 the correct model identifier was 3520. Some of those agents in India are a bunch of very nasty people. Now I am hoping the vendor who now has position of the unit returns my money soon. When I bought it Amazon had their money the same day. I have been told I could take 5 to 10 business days to get my money back from the vendor this isn't NOT the way you treat customers, even if the customer wasn't directly involved with the purchase from Best Deal Electronic, Amazon was the go between. Amazon should refund my purchase then I would bet that the vendor who pay Amazon very quickly. Plus, it doesn't take 5 to 10 business days to electronically transfer funds.

The price is a deal. The resolution of screen is awesome and the performance is smooth. However I feel frustrated because of the two incidents elaborated below: (1) The delivery date was delayed and changed to another date (June 26) that just happened to the time and date of my doctor's appointment. I wanted to change to another day or time but I needed to pay about $10. I could not talk to a live person and the only way to change the delivery date or time is online. (2) Sometimes there is blue screens and pop-up screens said that Windows does not load properly. I called Dell and after some tests, he asked me to update the drivers which I did. The blue screen still comes up from time to time. This is very frustrated and a bit scary. Can some one help me?

Buen producto

I was happy i received my laptop in 2 days. I wasn't happy that there was no paperwork included in the box (absolutely nothing) about the laptop. It was suppose to be new but it didn't even come with setup guide or anything about the laptop. I don't think it was new. It did come with 2 plugs (one to the laptop and one to my wall outlet). I did get to the part of setting it up that continuously said "Sit back and let the magic begin" which lasted for 15 minutes. I unfortunately returned it.

NO Y No compren, esta es una pésima compra, desdesde qué la compre la note lenta y el encendido extraño. Cada ocasión mas raro el encendido hasta que no enciende. NO Compren AQUI* terrible ESTAFA TOTAL

Funciona bien, llego en la fecha, esta un poco grande pero es ligera

No me gusta que está tan grande y pesada, quiero que sea un modelo ligero y más pequeno
