I think my wife feeds me well, but I continue to take a daily multivitamin.I can't credit them with changing my life, but at 66 I walked my dog over 1,100 miles last year and only missed three days. Those three days were not because I was sick or didn't want to go out in the weather, they were travel days. In the summer taking the dog on a 3+ mile walk requires up to 5 liters of water so we can both drink and I can wet down his furn so I wear a pack that can weigh up to 27 pounds quite often.

Getting old sucks but there are things that can help and this seems to be one of them. I like how I only need to take one every day as I do this in the morning or lunch. It recommends taking with food but has never hurt my stomach when I took without food.

It’s a great vitamin. If you compare them, it is comparable to Centrum Silver. My husband takes one a day, as prescribed. Hard to write much about a vitamin, unless there is something negative to say and I have only good things to say about these. People take them for the added vitamins and supplements they will get from them, and these have what you are looking for. My husband has no problem swallowing them. I, however, can’t buy the women’s equivalent of these because I have trouble swallowing them. They feel like they get stuck in my throat. But, as I said, my husband has no problem with swallowing them and he’s the one who takes them so, that’s a plus.

I bought this vitamins because I'm a bit vitamin deficient. I figured since I don't get to consume a lot of veggies, I should supplement it with multivitamins.Ever since I started taking this multivitamins, I noticed I've more energy. I noticed I can bench press more and squat more. It might not be useful for you if you're not into weight training but it helped me quite a bit.

My husband loves this. He feels better on the days that he takes them and feels like they give a little bit of energy to him. It should be recommended to take after you eat. I take these for women and I agree they are great, but I noticed i can feel a little nauseous if I take on an empty stomach.

Through out 5 separate bottles of various supplements and now I have one. Includes some I was not taking. Had my doc review the nutrients and he approved. Simplifies life and I pay less than buying separate bottles As they say one ounce a day. Includes vital minerals too.
