Im a big girl with a big butt. My job is sedentry (but i do try to get up move around) my family and i all have sciatic or some back knee issues. This cushion made our lives less painful. highly recommend if you have sciatica/back issues and or are sedentry at work. slowly getting one for every chair in the house

Unfortunately this pillow is very hard and therefore I couldn’t use it following surgery. If you’re after a hard cushion this cushion is made well and would be a good choice.
