Really good looking and working well

This is a very nice vintage kettle from Agaro and I’ve been using it for over 1.5 years now.. recently got a minor glitch in it, logged a ticket with customer care and they provided an excellent service by investigating the issue, and replacing the required part, all in a short span of time and also honouring the warranty agreement. Upasana from the CC team owned the issue and provided timely updates on the status of repair. Well done team!

It is a good product. I wish it had the foldable handle with a little wider opening. Pouring water in it is not that much convenient as is in other normal electric kettles. It is very quick in boiling the water. However, the temperature meter was showing just 40°C when the water was boiling. It would be better if they provide some more colours.

Agaro never disappoints live the other products this kettle is also very good.

I purchased the Agaro Vintage Kettle and used it for a year without any issues. The only challenge I faced was limescaling, which is expected due to hard water and not a fault of the product. Despite trying the usual baking soda and vinegar method, the limescaling didn’t go away. Since the kettle was still under warranty, I reached out to Agaro’s customer service team. To my surprise, they arranged a pickup, thoroughly cleaned and repaired the kettle, and returned it within a week—all hassle-free! A special mention to Upasana from the customer care team, who was extremely responsive, supportive, and kept me updated throughout the process. I did not expect such exemplary service from Agaro, and I’m highly impressed. If you’re considering their products, know that they truly stand by their warranty and offer fantastic customer support!
