From the description it seems that the towers contain a clock, like most other models of the same towers, but instead of a clock there is only a sticker.Also in the two pictures there are icons of light bulbs, which makes it look like the tower has lights, like many other Big Ben models.I am disappointed with the purchase and not the obvious description which is sharpened to evoke the feeling of a tower with full functionality.
