Take one before having dairy and your stomach can live to digest another day - avoiding that debilitating stomach discomfort or worse needing to take the unexpected shmower! However as we all know. The big box stores have drastically increased their prices. So I turned to Amazon. Ive tried multiple brands on Amazon to help with those digestion issues. And yes, many do work as advertised for the said digestion relief. However a lot of them are barely a better value than the store brand. in comes Carlyle to save my wallet and my bowels! The Carlyle pills are small, easy to use and have enough strength to protect me from what would be painful digestion issues. The 180 pill container easily lasts me over a month closer to two. I only need one for a small amount of dairy but for a large portion two always does the trick. The only downside I can list is that they don't great. Not bad, just not great. More of a neutral chalky taste. But youd be hard pressed to taste anything if you take it with the food. Not enough to reduce a star for but I do hope they come out with flavored ones eventually. All in all these Carlyle brand lactose pills are a great value and ensure pain free dairy digestion. Give them a try or just subscribe to them like I do!

It does the job! Eliminates discomfort and gastric upset after putting tons of milk in your coffee. This isnt any different from any other brand of lactase enzyme I've taken. Smallish capsule, no side effects.

I have been in the import cheese industry for 30 years. For the past 20, I have been 100% lactose intolerant. I quite literally gave up milk, ice cream and highly lactic dairy 100%. These pills are quite honestly the best in the market. I am tasting exotic imported cheeses everyday, from Stilton to Halloumi to Reggiano. These pills are effective and get me through my day. Most people don't realize that in the United States, we extract lactose from many items and sell it as a byproduct. For example, it is an added ingredient in most candy bars, by giving them a creamier taste and feel. We get that lactose from items like mozzarella and even US butter. I can easily consume those types of dairy with just a few pills., because the lactose has been mainly rinsed out as the whey protein is extracted. For highly lactic dairy products, I usually take more 6+ . But, versus the absolute pain and associated problems, it is well worth it. Some people think that taking one pill after eating dairy will solve the problem. It will not. You need to adjust your usage based on how lactic your dairy is. And remember, we are a crafty bunch, so just because you order a hamburger and not a cheeseburger, does not mean that there is no lactose added to the bun, to enrich its flavor. Fast food chains use a type of French Fry which has been sprayed with lactose and milk to improve the flavor and snap of their fries. So, keep an open eye. However, these tablets are the best in the market, and I will continue to use them. Not to mention half the price of the national brands. So, if you are a person who ingests lactose and feels like they just chewed glass, and is now feeling it digest through your system, these pills will help. Sometimes, by taking a couple. Sometimes taking quite a few more. No two dairy items are exactly the same.

This works great. I tried another kind first but didn’t work for me. So I took a chance and tried this one.

I find these work well, but do have to take 2 if eating a large amount of say cheese casserole for instance. Easy to chew with first bite of food. Reason able price here.
