Mat tearing and straps breaking :/ Problem addressed quickly - received a new mat!
Loved it while it lasted, but my mat is tearing, causing the straps to snap. :/ This seller has done an excellent job of addressing my concerns. They sent me a replacement mat very quickly and I am able to continue bouncing with only a short break. Highly recommend this seller! (And this rebounder!)

I love this trampoline!
I've been searching for years for something that will hold my interest and get me to move my body every day and this fits the bill perfectly. I have ADHD and autism and jumping on this scratches some itch inside my brain that feels so good! There's no barrier to this activity - you can jump with or without shoes, you can wear whatever you want, you can jump for 3 min (to get the benefits of lymphatic drainage!) or an hour. And it's fun! As for assembly, I have the 48" hex model and it took me about 1 hour to assemble by myself. The only difficult part of assembly was that some of the legs didn't fit perfectly, so I had to swap some around until I found a hole that fit. Even on the ones I couldn't force in all the way by hand, once I got the screw in there and turned it, it tightened into place. Other than that, assembly was fairly easy. I did have to watch the video from the QR code on the instructions for how to add the bungees, and got that hang of that quickly. I like that it came with a few extra bungees, just in case. It does take up a fair amount of space in my small living room, but I live alone (with pets), and I jump every day so the space it takes up doesn't bother me. I'd definitely say the 40" would be better for someone living in a tight space. The trampoline feels sturdy and safe, and I like that it has a safety bar. I may end up taking that off once I really get the hang of jumping and exercising on it. I like that you have the option to remove the safety bar! Also, it's easier to store when the safety bar is removed. It's also basically silent, or at least extremely quiet. I had a cheaper, crappy metal spring trampoline before this and that one was really noisy. With the bungees on this, it's super quiet. All in all, I definitely recommend this trampoline.

Great rebounder. Has curved legs which are recommended. QUIET ONE!
Exercise fun?? YEP!! I am 51 and didn't care for the treadmill. I didn't enjoy it and it was "hard" to walk on. I decided to try a rebounder. Oh my gosh. I love this thing. I "dance jump." I crank up the tunes, lock the door and dance on it like a drunk chicken. Do you remember to old trampoline your mom used to use? eh er eh er. Springs. Not any more! this one has tension ropes/bands. SUPER QUIET! Could bounce and not wake up a baby sleeping next to it. This is sturdy and I bought it for a great price. The design and quality are excellent. It doesn't fold. The only negative is the handle loosen a little. I have a slight concern about it getting stripped after time. I also bought a phone holder for the handle that works great.

Cheap materials that lasted two months
Unbelievably cheaply made product. Bought this and received in late November 2024. Was tired of buying a new Walmart brand trampoline every 6-8 months, so I decided to buy a rebounder. This brand had good reviews and looked well-made, with a decent price (compared to similar items). Took a while to put together so I assumed that was a good thing. But that idea was short-lived… I bought this rebounder for my son, who weighs around 65lbs. He uses it infrequently throughout the day. First thing I noticed was that the legs will come loose within days of being tightened. Nothing I can’t live with; just tighten them back up and it’s good to go. Then a bungee broke through a seam. Then another. Then another. Five bungees down, three of which are right next to each other so it’s too unstable to use. I’ve, of course, busted the “return/replace” date on this product and there is no way to contact the seller. Amazon won’t cover a replacement/refund because the product is not covered. You can’t even contact support for this product. My Walmart trampolines, for kids, all lasted MONTHS longer than this product; I could have purchased four trampolines for the price of this thing. Never again will I buy another “rebounder” and I absolutely will never buy another product like this from this seller or on Amazon.

Assembly took 3 hours.
Updating review after less than 2 months of use. I noticed about 2 weeks ago the bands getting softer and stretching out whenever I use it. Losing their bounce. I'm not heavy. 6'2" 175 lbs. It's rated at 500 lbs. On use it for like 15 minutes a day 6 days a week. It comes with 3 replacement bands but I'd say all of them are shot. I can still use it but if it keeps getting softer it's garbage. Like- it's a solid feeling trampoline. Dislike - putting it together is a pain in the ass. I am good with things like that but the instruction booklet is fairly useless and the link to a video is very basic and can still leave you making mistakes. It also contradicts the booklet on assembling the bungees which is the most important part. Opening the box I was like F this. Then the instructions suck. Took an hour + to put together the frame and the first 6 bungees. I was going to return it but took a break for 2 hours then went at it for another 90 minutes or so and got all the bungees on. The next morning I did the legs and the handle bar pole. I think now that I figured it out if I had to put another one together I could maybe do it in about an hour.

The Perfect Rebouncer
I really like this rebounder. It's big enough for wider stance jumps. The handle is optional to install but adds a lot of stability if you need that. The bungees are a lot safer and more attractive than spring type rebounders. I like the hexagonal shape instead of the round shape, because I feel like it gives me just another couple inches of space for my wide stance. There were some issues during assembly with hole alignment and I needed a dead blow mallet and a lot of patience to persuade things to get to where they needed to be. The bungee installation tool is super easy and the assembly videos available from the manufacturer are helpful.

Pure Garbage! This thing worked for one month and fell apart. The mesh is really good material, but the welding is useless.
