When I found out that I was going to have major reconstruction surgery on my ankle, I started purchasing necessities. The pain & swelling after my cast came off was intense. This ankle ice wrap has performed far better than expected! So easy to use without help, the material is amazingly soft, and the velcro straps are long so you can have this as tight/loose as you need. No feeling like you're going to get freezer burned, no need for a towel. And it is very comfortable! I recommend this to anyone with ankle issues, post-surgery use, after Physical therapy, or just having general swelling or soreness. This is a must have!

I sprained my ankle and broke my foot. This product was perfect for both injuries. It is cold but not too cold for direct skin contact. The Velcro straps are very durable. Glad to have this in the house for any other foot or ankle injuries.

I would buy this again, but I am hoping to find one better suited to my needs. I agree with many of the other reviewers who said this doesn't stay cold for a long period of time. It does provide some immediate relief though, and it is comfortable enough that I sometimes fall asleep with it on. My biggest issue though is that it isn't long enough. I have a broken bone in my foot, and some pain radiates into my toes. I wear a woman's size 8–9, and the wrap doesn't reach my toes at all.

I ordered this after a complete Achilles reconstruction. This was an amazing purchase. If you've ever had a surgery like that you know there are stages of splinting. First a surgical splint, then a cast, then a walking boot. This was actually big enough to wrap around my cast and disperse cold through the cast to help with swelling. Once my cast was removed it fit perfectly on my foot for immediate relief. I would recommend this to anyone who has had any type of foot surgery. The soft padding inside is comfortable enough to use directly on skin. However, when I used it over top of my cast, I reversed it to get the maximum cold from it to pass through the cast. I actually purchased 2 so I could rotate them. I would highly recommend.

These are relatively easy to put on, you must be able to reach your feet comfortably, and they came with a thicker Ziploc vinyl style bag for freezer storage. I have Planter Fasciitis I have tried multiple items to find relief from my foot pain at night with no success. These Ankle Ice Supports have been the most expensive but are by far the most effective to ease the pain and allow me to go to sleep. They stay cold longer than it takes me to fall asleep, so I cannot accurately confirm how long they stay cold. I have also kept them on for a short distance trip out of bed, but I hope to not make a habit of walking on them for their own longevity.I am only on my 3rd night and already considering the purchase of an additional set.So far the only downside is that you have to purchase them individually and there is no savings for multiplesx2.... still worth the purchasesFor me this is strictly night time foot pain relief and I am well aware this will not 'fix' my Plantar Fasciitis

This provides way more ice and support for the ankle than the bottom of the foot itself. I have plantar fasciitis which is what I bought it for. It's not great for that the way you are supposed to wear it but since it's so thick it actually works well just laying it on the floor and resting my foot on it. So if you are good using it that way it works great. Stays cold a long time.

Full coverage. Fuzzy inside makes it easier to ease into without an immediate shock of freezing. Cold enough for me! Purple is pretty.

I bought these for post surgical care but I didn't realize how much I would need them in my life! They are so easy to slip on, they stay put and keep cool for an extended period of time. The inner lining is soft and doesn't stick to your skin. These are so refreshing and help immensely with swelling, pain and fatigue

Après une chute de vélo, j'ai une triple fracture, entorse et arrachements ligamentaires.Pas de plâtre car pas de déplacement mais douleurs et pied super chaud.Cette botte est géniale pour abaisser la température et accompagner ma guérison.Le froid soulage presque instantanément.Bien sûr, j'accompagne de massages aux huiles essentielles appropriées et de bains chauds et froids dans une bassine car la botte ne suffit pas à elle seule. il en faudrait plusieurs.Bon achat.La botte est douce à l'intérieur et assez ergonomique pour épouser toutes les formes de pieds. En outre, elle s'ouvre quasi complètement pour s'adapter encore plus facilement.Les élastiques de serrage sont très pratiques.Je mets une note de 5 étoiles sur 5 car c'est très justifié.Le paquet est arrivé à temps.Tout est parfait...

I recently broke my foot & the Consultant advised me to put ice on it 4 times a day. I purchased this product & it brought the swelling down considerably. It is easy to use & was very comfortable. Would highly recommended X
