Lovely rug. Although I followed the instructions, it was quite difficult to get the packing creases out but well worth the effort.

Arrived folded, and have never managed to get the creases out. Doesn't quite lie flat. Other than that it is ok. Colour and design as expected.

Cheap material ... arrive folded into two and rolled ... it's not flat and smooth ... how can ion sell something like that more than a pound ... it's pathetic ..

Soft and fluffy. Looks more like a bath mat. Arrive packaged tightly folded so full of ceases that IF they do ever come out will leave a mark and take more time than I am prepared to wait. Other rugs and mats I have purchased have been rolled. Have returned.
