I really like the products from this company! They are very ethical in their approach and they don't use any fillers in the products. The quality of product is excellent and value for money. The pills are easy to swallow and feel better when I take them.

Great product that's made a difference
The best b complex I have taken in a more readily absorbed form for the body to understand. It's not too high but enough to make a difference when your low in b12. I'd still recommend a on the tongue sublingual on top if your b12 is very low. I personally take this with the Virdian iron complex. It is not easy taking iron or b vits on your tummy if your on higher doses to make a differance, but these are fair more gental than some and a lot less additives. Take before food not after.

Viridian vit B complex with B12
Useful for vegans and vegetarians. A good quality vitamin B complex that seems to suit me. I'm not good at swallowing capsules but can just about get this down. I don't need one every day, I just take a capsule every 3 or 4 days roughly. Ethically sourced and not tested on animals.

I never knew until recently how so many people are not getting sufficient Vit B
I've been on these for a few months now. I have no idea if it could be a placebo effect, but I do feel better when I take B12.
