Really impressed with this, has temp, hygrometer, dew count etc. And is stupidly cheap for it's functions. Appears quite sensitive and easy to set the app too, so I can use Bluetooth to log in whenever and check on the status of my cigar collection. Quite a fat wee thing, so won't fit in small humidors.

Solid reliable temperature and humidity sensors. I have a number of these now in different rooms around the house, the display is easy to read, the batteries last ages, and they integrate extremely well to Home Assistant via Bluetooth (BLE) so I can monitor temperatures. The app is OK although I very rarely use it

Simple and effective, and appears to be accurate. Bought it on a deal. No backlight and only issue was that the app updated a bit slow.

​I picked up this Govee 2-pack to keep a closer eye on the environment and humidity in my baby's nursery and my greenhouse. These are compact, digital sensors that connect to your phone via Bluetooth to give you real-time temperature and humidity readings. Looks great ​The Good (Pros) ​The accuracy of these little sensors is impressive; they use a Swiss-made sensing element that provides very fast updates, usually refreshing every couple of seconds. The Govee Home app is the real star here, as it allows you to see a full 20-day data string in graph form, which is perfect for spotting trends like overnight temperature drops. I also really appreciate the smart alert system; you can set a specific range (for example, between 18°C and 22°C), and your phone will ping you if the room gets too hot or coldz or just check your, humidity in the bedroom. They are incredibly small and discreet, and the kickstand and wall-mount options make them easy to place anywhere without being an eyesore. ​The Bad (Cons) ​The main limitation is that these are Bluetooth-only, not Wi-Fi. This means you have to be within a certain range (about 60 meters without walls) to check the live data or receive alerts; if you're away from the house, you won't get a notification until you come back into range. While the data storage is great, the screen on the device itself is quite small and lacks a backlight, so it can be difficult to read from across the room or in low-light conditions. They run on 2 AAA batteries; while these are easy to find and replace, the extra depth needed for the batteries makes the units slightly chunkier than some of the ultra-slim button-cell models on the market. ​Final Verdict: For monitoring specific rooms or delicate environments like a greenhouse, this Govee set is a fantastic, low-cost solution. The data logging and alerts offer peace of mind that a standard "dumb" thermometer just can't match, provided you stay within Bluetooth range.

In total we have five of these devices placed around the house. The latest two being recently bought as a "two pack". The yare so simple to connect to a mobile device, needed if monitoring, recording, graphing and any offset needs to be applied. The mobile app can also update the firmware, if applicable, and has done so on more than one occasion with ours. The display for each unit is large and easy enough to read no backlight tho. There is a single button on the top, to switch between imperial and metric. Whilst you can read the RH and temp, along with mins and max of each, you will need to use the app for your phone connected to the device to read information like the dew point and to see graphically trends etc. If you buy more than one device at a time I strongly suggest just trying to set one up at a time. Especially when connecting and pairing it with the app on your phone. They do NOT have a MAC code for each device, so I set one up at a time, leaving the batteries out of the others, and when that one is connected we then place a label with its location on the back. If you try and connect all of them at the same time, and the yare grouped together, it is difficult to know which units display within the app relates to which unit. See my photos of what is contained in the "two pack" box and also how we have ours setup, and labelled. Looking at the graphical information we can see "averages" or set to show "highest" or "lowest" temperatures. The one noted as being in the rear garden is under a canopy and away from prevailing winds. The Bluetooth range is typical of what you would expect. We live in a larger house, so no one place can reach them all. That is not a big deal, it just means I will access and update the information in the app as I feel is appropriate. Remember these are not Wi-Fi, they are BT in their connection. So manual updating is necessary for the app to be updated. We can update ours from the rear garden, or the attached garage on the side of the house, through the adjoining wall, the one on the rear garden, from a window in the room adjacent to the garden. I have had several of ours and used them continually for a few years. The batteries last a long time, with an indicator within the app showing how much drain the batteries have. I did set an offset for the one in the kitchen, about -1.5c. That was so it would agree with the rather inaccurate Hive unit, that controls our central heating. Along with the one in garage, where our boiler is, we can ensure that the frost guard settings are working as needed. To protect the boiler and the sytem. The app on the phone is good, if a little bloated. Everything gets installed, meaning if you only have these Govee devices then you have to accept that it can be used to control so much more .Not a problem, just mentioning that. There is nothing that I can consider negative about these devices. Understanding the limitations of BT and its range etc, then all is good. Overall, I very much recommend them. Accurate readings , temp , humidity , vpd and dew point are all tracked using the app , keeps data for 1 year , the options are there to delete at any time. My only regret is not buying the WiFi version, Bluetooth works great but I would prefer the ability to check on it remotely.
