This is an edited review. My original post was pretty negative but after interacting with the company I am totally impressed with them and believe they care about their reputation as providing a reliable machine. This packaging machine is slow but it does work as described! Consider if your needs for pillows is quality or quantity. In my case it’s quantity and fast. If that’s your case you made need to look for a faster machine but this one performs well for smaller businesses or home use. I’d say it is just as good as the name brand it is cloned from. For all I know they may be exactly the same machine but at a fraction of the cost. It certainly looked that way to me. I have 3 different types of pillow machines for our ship room and this is the slowest by far. It Takes forever to heat up and operating speed is way below our needs. There is no on demand w this one. Takes almost 10 min to do heat cycle then runs slow on output but the next step up is considerably more money.

This seems to be a really good solution for those who ship items from home. The small footprint is great for those with limited space. It was easy to set up. I’m looking forward to the cost savings of not having to purchase fillers.keep in mind that It doesn’t completely replace the need for bubble wrap if you’re shipping breakable items. However I see the huge cost savings benefit of. Glad I purchased it, it seems durable.

Absolutely terrible product. After several uses the machine no longer works. It lasted less than three uses.

This is the only air cushion machine I've ever used, but it works well for my small business. I just fire it up when needed and fill a bag with cushions. It's easy to use, small, and easy to store. It is a little heavy, but that's not an issue for me. I appreciate that it came with quite a few bags so that I can get on with using it rather than just trying it out.

Quick delivery. EASY to use with the instruction paper. Make sure you read it closely. You have to look at the bottom corner of the first pillow pack flat plastic and you will see an angle cut. Open it up, a little bit of a pain though, and slide it on the black plastic nozzle. It takes a few minutes to warm up but for $175 total AND including a roll of pillow packs. This is a steal. I use this at home and saves me money over buying those pillow packs ready made. What do is make 75-100 and put them aside so you don’t have to wait for it to heat up if you need these in a rush.
