Great product, 14 year old started about 5 months ago and has seen good gains! Also, asking a 14 year old to measure of spoons can be a pain, this comes in individual packets which makes it easier to use!

Game changer. Helps joint pain after a few weeks of use my knees were a lot less painful. Allowed me to build strength in them more rapidly which ultimately also helps the knee pain. I use much less ibuprofen.

The Jocko brand fish oil is by far the best tasting fish oil supplement i have taken so far. It has a nice hint of vanilla from the capsule and no nasty fish burps. It didn't have an effect on skin clarity and at only $30 it is a great value. The main reason I take these are because my doc recommend high quality fish oil to help with my triglycerides. Once I receive a new blood test I will update the review with my thoughts on the actual performance of the fish oil. While I love the actual product this is the third time I have purchased it and the third time I have been shorted a pill. The bottle says 2 soft gels is a serving but yet I always wind up with only 1 for the last dose.

As someone who has a hard time swallowing large pills and doesn't like fish-- I knew finding an omega supplement was going to be a challenge. I was so grateful to find these. They are a much more manageable size and there's nothing fishy-tasting about them. I took a picture for size reference-- my hands are small, which speaks even more to the fact that they're not huge pills like other omega supplements I've tried. Highly recommend!

I'm male, 34 y/o 225lb. I have a dangerous job where it makes good sense to be strong. I lift heavy (Squat 385, Deadlift 425, etc) to keep my strength and it can be hard on the joints at times when doing a lot of volume(extra reps). I used to take as many as 10(5 morning, 5 evening) fish oil pills a day and had done so for a long time, over 10 years. This seemed to help keep my joints happy when supplemented with glucosamine. I tried Jocko White Tea a while back (still working on the 8000lb deadlift- I'll get there one day!) and enjoyed it. I also wanted to try the Krill Oil to see how it would work as a replacement because it can be tedious to take so many pills, especially if I feel I might need to take extra for recovery. I've been taking 3 of the Jocko Krill a day for about 2 months now and I feel the same or better in my joints compared to 10 fish oil pills. Pain in my left shoulder and elbow have gradually gone away and are no longer a problem. This will be part of my daily regimen from now on.

Increases energy and focus. I feel great when I’m on Krill oil and this brand is great. I notice no smell. This also helps me to sleep better and I dream a lot when I take it.
