Sound is Bassy not clear..Very low body quality

The connection keeps dropping. They don't stay in my ears well. I don't recommend them.

Working as an Analyst, as well as doing IT, I pick up a lot of calls from staff, vendors, etc. My previous was JBL130NC and the calls were terrible when I am outside. This is better. Although they say it sounded slightly far, they can still figure out what I am talking which is great. The noise cancellation is far better too. If I want and need to, I can block out all sounds, or if I require background music, I can turn on ambient mode. The assisted fit function is awesome. I love it! Just wish the price is cheaper. 🤣
