Really like how this seems to be holding up. The bucket itself flexes but doesn't break and the handle is strong and secure. If I never have to buy another one (and it looks like I might not have to), it is worth the cost. LO loves it. Would be nice if I could have picked the color. EDIT: The handle on this bucket split in half and I have no idea how. The brand Haba handles distribution for Spielstabil in the USA and after emailing their customer support to see if I could get a new handle, they sent me a whole new bucket! Top notch customer service and really stand behind their product.

While these are not intended as a pet toy, my large dog loves to play with plastic flower pots, so I bought her a set of these pails as toys a few months ago. They are not indestructible, but they hold up very well to being left out in the weather, thrown up in the air, and kicked around the yard as a dog toy. If they can hold up to my dog playing, I am sure they can hold up to a toddler!

Very sturdy well made pail just seemed to be very small for a “large” pail. It should last a long time otherwise would have returned it for a larger one.

I bought my kids a shovel, pail, and sifter when visiting Germany 7 years ago. We bought the smaller size then. They are still like new. We live near the beach and they get used often. This year we bought the large size set for all four kids for Easter. Spielstabil makes a great product. These will be around for our grandkids. I know this is expensive for a sand bucket but they last a long time and I feel better about not throwing the cheap ones away at the end of every summer.

Für den Nordsee-Urlaub wurden neue Eimer für die Kinder benötigt, da die alten gebrochen waren oder der Henkel fehlte. Bei der Auswahl der Eimer schreckte mich hier erstmal der Preis ab, da er doch etwas höher liegt als bei anderen Eimern. Im Nachhinein bin ich nun aber sehr froh diese Eimer bestellt zu haben, da ich noch keinen Kindereimer von dieser Qualität hatte! Die Eier sind sehr dickwandig und das Material ist dennoch flexibel. Der Henkel und auch seine Befestigung sind einfach ein Traum und auch der volle Eimer lässt sich angenehm tragen ohne in die Hand einzuschneiden. Es handelt sich hier um die Besten Kindereimer welche ich jemals gesehen habe! Dieses Produkt kann ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Die Eimer sehen auch nach dem Urlaub noch aus wie neu....einfach top!

My husband sent me a link to these when we were looking to replace our daughters’ seaside buckets, and I laughed at him and said “have you seen the cost of these?!”. But he said he thought they looked strong and would last well so I bought a couple against my better judgement. Well I had to admit I was wrong, they are super strong and sturdy and I’m certain they will save us money in the long run because they aren’t going to crack and break like previous flimsy ones we’ve had. So also, better for the environment too. Very satisfied!
