It's great to have real parmesan cheese...very happy with the product quality and taste.

Cheese is good but it doesn't have parmesan texture or flavour

This is not parmesan. And not cheese. This is waste from milk. Not reccomend.

You can trust this product. The taste was good, and the cheese was fresh. Excellent parmesan. Though the packaging could have been better because the liquid around the cheese had started leaking a bit. It is slightly expensive. That is perhaps because this artisanal cheese is being made in small quantities using good ingredients. But even minor adjustments in price would motivate more people to buy.

Too salty, chewy, and there was fine sand here and there

The cheese is not delivered soon enough. Them two cooling pads had melted long ago so the cheese is delivered "soggy"... A bit sad isn't it ?

I don't know what this cheese is but it's definitely not parmesan cheese!
