Product itself is great (I have others) or will be I hope. Biggest issue is it's already registered to an account, so I've been on the phone to blink for hours and still not sorted. Shouldn't have to mess on like this, I know I've bought refurbished but that should be the first thing done to it.

Picture quality during the day is excellent, night time pretty good as well. Blink customer service is appalling and i'll explain why. If you have to transfer this to another device and no longer have access to the email address which you require to install, don't hold your breath. It takes weeks of checks which the Blink customer service team appear in no hurry to resolve as they need to 'unlink from existing account' to your new email. Weeks have elapsed and the last update was for me to re-submit information which I have already stated I no longer possess (email, login, phone make and model, was the arm or disarm set, do I have other Alexa devices). Not recommended for anything other than for single use if you don't mind the picture lag while waiting to connect. This is a shame as I had high hopes.. This is actually the second unit I have purchased because the first had exactly the same issues when I moved.... Overall a decent device let down by extremely bad customer service.

The doorbell is good. Easy to install and set up with Alexa 5 and 8 with video screens. However! There's already a camera in the front garden @ £2.50 per month to record and store video clips. So how much combined for the camera AND doorbell? £4 ... £5...? No! £8!!! Stitchup.
