I have 2 sim rigs and have a TH8A on one of my rigs buy my second rig needed a shifter. I was going to buy another TH8A but bought the TH8S shifter since it was less expensive and I don't regret it. The TH8S has crisp shifts and feels good. The only thing that's a negative is it's loud when you shift gears because when you shift, the shaft slams into the shift gate and makes a loud clacking noise. I was able to fix the clacking issue by attaching some of those foam feet with a sticky backs into the shift gates where the shaft hits and it totally silenced the clack. For the price, this is a solid shifter. I don't think there is another 8-speed shifter on the market at this price.

Nice solid feeling shifter. Feels sturdy even when just clamped and it takes USB C. 7+1 Gears so more than Logitech's option. a bit louder than logitechs shifter too but overall id grab this one instead imo.

I have a thrustmaster set up I built piece by piece. I started with the TMX ffb for 2 Hunnit.. then bought the thrustmaster lcpm3 pedals, now the shifter. Download from thrustmaster.com the drivers then open the app on computer and update it for it to talk. If your a steam gamer you may have to go into the settings an bind with configuration wizard or manually bind. Invert the pedals so they'll work properly. When adding shifter gears just move it into gear and back to neutral to take. It works phenomenal on ACC, ETS2,ATS2,WRC,Dirt 2.0.. When truck driving you have to add the high low shift button to steering wheel if you dont have the shifter add on yet. It's in the control settings in game right under the gears itll say shift button. U just need 1 not both. 2nd one will try to put it in all wheel drive when shifting. You can also wrap hair ties around the shifter to get it to speed shift on racing games itll shift in 2nd an 4th up an down with a breeze. Or manually move it up an down just make sure it rests in neutral position. I.e. shift up then, N, up, N, down,n, down, n to upshift an down shift.. to easy. If you want a damn good low end shifter and thrustmaster fan. This one is fire. No need for the th8 when thr th8s is banging for more than half the price. I got it shipped earlier than projected. Triple boxed for protection, contents all new an pretty. Definitely worth it. So go click buy now lol

I love this shifter since its super fun to pair with any wheel (works with logitech wheel) and it was very budget friendly. Have had 0 problems with it and have been rough with it over the past few months.

I had high hopes for the Thrustmaster TH8S Shifter Add-On, but sadly, it turned out to be an absolute disaster. For something marketed as a “premium” product, it didn’t even last two months before it broke completely. At first, it seemed decent – it connected fine, and the shifting felt okay. But within weeks, the shifter started to misregister gears, which was annoying but manageable. Then, out of nowhere, it just stopped working entirely. No response, no power – just a useless plastic brick. For something advertised as compatible with multiple consoles and PC, you’d think durability would be a given. Not so! I babied this thing, too – no slamming gears, no rough treatment – and it still failed.

Overall a very good product. As a smaller/budget shifter I highly recommend this. My only concern is the surface you attach this to, wood/metal work more then fine but for example plastic tables could introduce minor movement when in use, but apart from that It's extremely nice!

Lo compré para usarlo con con el volante T128 en Xbox. Se conecta directo al volante y lo reconoce sin ningún problema. Sin duda mejora muchísimo la experiencia de juego, especialmente en juegos como Forza, Wreckfest y WRC.

Logitech Shifter kullanıyordum, bunun yanında oyuncak kaldı. Bunun bir adım ötesi ise TH8A oluyor ama o da çok pahalı. Bu vites de gayet yeterli, geçişler mükemmel. Hissiyatı çok iyi. Logi'yi kullanırken sertleştirme aparatı da almıştım, ne gereği var TH8S'e geçmeye gerek yok diyordum ancak bir elektronik markette kurulu halde iken deneyince hasta oldum ve hemen almaya karar verdim. Fiyatları seçim sonu ile birlikte 1 gecede arttı, bu da apayrı bi olay..

ロジクールシフターから換えました。見た目は正直微妙な感じがしますが、感触はかなりいいです。 だいぶ抵抗が増して、ストロークもほどよく長くて楽しいです。あとクランプがしっかりしているので、雑に操作してもゲーム中外れる心配がないのが嬉しい。 ７速がある分誤爆がちょっと怖いですが、慣れだと思います。ここはトレードオフなので仕方がないです。 金属音は結構うるさいのですが、干渉する部分に滑り止めテープを巻くとだいぶ軽減されました。 またTH8Aと比べるとシーケンシャルが使えないようですが、コスパ考えるとそれでも買いだと思います。切り替えめんどいし
