Could use a guide for screw placment, but I just made my own. Solid well made product, not to difficult to install. Worked well with my desk that has a support cross bar on the front edge.

My problem was not the tray itself but getting it lined up correctly. It took it multiple times to get it in the right place. The problem was that the desk's metal frame was where I needed to put the tray.

I've always been frustrated by having to m9ve my keyboard anytime I wanted to use me desktop for drawing, writing or reading. Now my keyboard is always tucked away nicely under my desk top. The installation required a little drilling but very easy. And ot is a strudy drawer so I feel very comfortable resting my wrists while typing.

I had 2 of these since I felt like I was at fault the first time for pulling on it too hard.The second one has the same problem now of coming out of the rails after being careful not to pull on it, this thing won't even last you a year no matter what you do, it's garbage.

Affordable and good quality. Only bad thing is the hardware that comes with it. So far works great and sturdy.

Zoom in close, the tray was made well enough, but ended up getting a larger one that's flat so it doesn't have the strange ledge. My keyboard wouldn't fit in that one.

This works well, but be careful before installing. They don't explain how the mouse pad rotates out from the bottom. You have to consider this when you position the tray or it won't clear the right side. If you mount the tray so it's flush with the desk edge, the tray does not come out far enough to clear the mouse pad unless you provided clearance with its right/left position.
