Chung Jung One O'Food Premium Korean Vinegar, Kitchen Essential Pantry Staple, Perfect for Salads (Cooking, 900ml)

This stuff is the bomb!

Made from unpolished brown rice, so has a richer flavor than regular rice vinegar. Rice vinegar is milder and somewhat sweeter (subtly) than white vinegar. More like white wine vinegar. If you make marinated salads, this vinegar is perfect, and you can use it for sushi as well. I make a lot of "sunomono" which is Japanese vinegar vegetable salads, and this is my go to vinegar. I also like that it is in a large bottle; I run out too fast with the small ones in my grocery store.

I regularly use this product for making oil and vinegar salad dressing.

I purchased this vinegar for the so purpose of adding it to Water for health benefits as some may say it supports digestion, blood sugar regulation, weight management, healthy cholesterol levels. So I put some into a large glass of water and drink it daily. I have noticed some improvements in supporting of digestion so far. The taste is not awful, which is what I feared. But I think it’s because it is apple cider vinegar rather than just straight up vinegar. I think is a great value for the money in comparison to other quality vinegars out there. I’m sure it’s also great for cooking as the taste is not offensive even just drinking in water.

Was able to use this in place of other Cooking vinegars and it works fine every time. This one has a clean crisp flavor.
