Multicultural Counseling: Responding with Cultural Humility, Empathy, and Advocacy

I got this book as a required book for school. It was much cheaper on Amazon than at the book store at my school. It is well written and has a lot of great information in it.

Interesting. Insightful. Too many reminders per chapter about the counselor role but I understand the point there. Excellent course to accompany the book. I highly recommend all counseling professionals or students read this book! Our profession needs more well rounded helpers!

What are the odds that I paid more than 100$ for this book, took a month to receive it, and it’s not in perfect condition? Well I don’t know the odds but it happened.

Cover almost half torn off, interior pages rumpled as if this had been run over. Not at all as it was supposed to be even as a used book.
