Ordered two sets of 6 Tier Heavy Duty Shelves. They came in large cardboard containers, one which arrived with significant damage. Four of the shelves were bent and unusable (possibly due to impact with forklift during shipping). I contacted Customer Service and they were very helpful, responded to my request, and shipped four replacement shelves (actual receipt 6 days after request). They are easy to assemble and very useful for storage in my garage. They come with wheels which provides mobility (although I use them for static storage with standard feet levelers).

I have ten of these type shelves in my shop and a friend has even more in his shop: I've never had any problems with them, very durable. You can modify each shelf and the coating seems to last, I'm in a saltwater environment so anything not coated is going to rust quick. I have them loaded fairly heavy and haven't had any shelf failures. The wheels make them easy to move around. Had to give them 5 stars because I experienced any issues with them. There are many sizes to choose from so make sure to measure and take into account wheels VS feet as the wheel ad 3 to 5 inches in height.

I purchased two 18 x 48 x 72 units. Fedex delivered them 5 days early the additional shipping cost well worth it! None of the parts missing or damaged and I must add the design of the shipping box and packing materials was extremely well thought out preventing damage during shipment. The assembly was very easy and quick, the units very heavy duty and stable. The duplex we just moved into having "very limited" storage space for food or even common portable appliances such as bread machines, crock pots, blender etc the shelves work perfectly as an added pantry kept in the garage. The casters are an added plus as making moving them about as needed quite easy.

It fits in the space I needed it for. Goes together easily. But the legs set inside each other, I thought the description said they screwed together. Just beware if you buy it. Not safe for around small children. It was packaged well and will work well for my pantry shelf. Does hold a lot for a tiny shelf!

This product pleasantly surprised me! It was extremely well packaged and really simple to assemble. It rolls smoothly and the shelves are all adjustable! I would 100% recommend this product. I would only say make sure you pay attention to dimensions that they have listed because the ad itself lists 3 different ones and I just took a leap of faith with that. And it was accurate. Just different ways to set up the legs gives it the different dimensions. Overall would highly recommend!

Easy to put together by myself. Works great with the dollar tree fabric square bins for socks and underwear and I use the other for my plants in my hallway that are pretty heavy and it's holding up well.

Will buy again soon. Perfect tool in the storage. You can move it around easily even on tight places with limited space.

It was easy to assemble the shelf, and the material was of good quality. It was used for the indoor greenhouse, had good sturdiness, and could hold my flower trays on all shelves. I am happy with my choice and order overall.

I needed a heavy duty shelf for just outside my kitchen. I wanted a clean, industrial kind of look but spacious, adjustable and able to hold some weight. This product ticks all the boxes. It was very easy to put together, no tools needed. Everything was well packaged, nothing damaged. I have tons of small kitchen appliances on it as well as cast iron pots etc and it holds it all effortlessly with no bowing. Very thrilled, will definitely be buying another soon!**edited to add I purchased a second shelf, this time in black, as thrilled as the first time, with the small exception that is was more expensive this time. $89.99 the first time, $109.99 today. However, still worth the higher price.

Easy to put together, large, sturdy and nice looking. Easy to move around. Looks great in our commercial kitchen. Very happy with it.
