I've bought several grounding products over there past few months (some for myself and some for others), and I think this one is my favorite so far.I had been sleeping with a grounding mat in my bed, but decided that I would rather use the mat under my desk during the day. I looked into grounding pillow cases, so that I can stay grounded at night, and this combo fit the bill.This has everything you need, and the pillow case is plenty big -- much larger than my memory foam pillow. I like having a coiled cord, so that it doesn't trail beside the bed and get sucked up by the vacuum cleaner. I sleep with the perforated side of the case against my face -- keeps the surface from becoming uncomfortably warm. Easy to clean, too, just with the wipe off a damp cloth.

Nice grounding pillowcase. Comes with everything you need to test and use the pillowcase! The only problem is not product related, per se, but the pillowcase as a grounding element. Once the pillowcase is plugged in, you can’t flip around the pillow to adjust your position or get to the cooling side. I’m using it as a mat on top of my fitted sheet instead of a pilllwcase for that reason.

I was scared to wash this pillowcase, and rightly so. The first time I washed it, the metal piece that the wire attaches to fell out. I followed the washing instructions. The pillowcase is worthless now.

Haha.I also had some acne result from that night so my solution is to put the pillow case under my pillow and to have my hands underneath it and the corners touching my back slightly.I do think it works to reduce stress.Even if it is psychosomatic I accept it.

Earth and moon products work exceptionally well. I had been grounding in my yard with good very results, but that's not always convenient due to weather etc., I needed an indoor option. I hadn't grounded for a while. I was a little sceptical at first, not sure that I'd get the same results. To my surprise after using the pillowcase the first night I felt more relaxed and calmer. I also noticed the swelling in my feet had subsided. I am very pleased with the results and happy the this product.

I’ve been using this pillow for a little over a month and I have had a noticeable decrease in my ongoing elbow pain that has been bothering me for the last 6 months. The difference is undeniable. It took some getting used to due the material but I’m so glad I did. Not to mention the handy outlet tester that it came with also helped me properly identify which outlets in my home were grounded. Very helpful.

I want to like this, but they make me super hot when I sleep. Your body temperature raises with these on the bed and on the pillows it’s gotten to the point where I’m ready to take them off and toss them in the closet.
