As said it works like it should and has come in handy to see the voltage it's reading. It has helped in some situations when figuring out when something isn't getting full voltage.... but mostly is a good test light with some added features. Though because of the extra stuff I'm careful on what jobs I use it on so I don't accidentally burn it up.

It's not to bad it's close to the voltage measurement It off by .2 volts for those that really need exact measurements just count.2+ DB on top of the reading. I used a multimeter to measure the voltage on a battery and that was the icing on the cake 🎂. Great product I recommend it ! And as for your con on this product I would make sure that it's reading correct voltage ⚡ every one love a tool that tells true results 🤓!

Ever since I saw one in my dad's tool box when I was just a kid too short to see the top of the work bench without standing on a chair or box. Now regardless of the many meters, test tools and equipment I have from oscilloscopes to Ohm meters, wireless probes to no contact devices, I still can find uses for this simple device. Why? They just work. Attach the clip to a battery terminal, depending on what you are testing for determines whether it will be the positive or the negative. Then go probing, a light means you found what your looking for. Other times no light is what you want. If you don't understand that, maybe you should find someone to lend a hand before sparks fly. No, really, they are quite simple to use. Attach the clip to ground (or negative battery terminal) and use the probe (the pointy thing) to check for voltage. When the light goes on, you have found the voltage. It's always a good idea to first test to see if what you think is ground, is infract a ground source by touching the positive terminal after attaching the clip to your choice of a ground source. Got the package quickly, and luckily the product was undamaged. We have 1 Amazon delivery driver, that likes to throw our packages up on our concrete porch, from halfway down the sidewalk. He has no idea what is inside, but I can't 'bark' at him because of the delay on the RING doorbell... But, I digress... Voltage Tester works great on 6V and 12V systems it was tested on to ensure our lazy Amazon driver hadn't broken it.
