I really like the style and colors of this knife. It seems well-made and strong. BUT... this thing is heavy. I weighed it and it's over 250 grams or 9 ounces... yeah, more than half a pound of knife.I don't think I'll be using it as a "pocket knife" or it just might pull my pants down. (grin)3 stars for style and build.

The media could not be loaded. I am really impressed with the quality of this knife.Beautiful deer engravings and woods scenes on both the blade and handles.A lever extends from the bottom of the blade to quickly flip it open and lock it in place for safety. The action is very smooth and positive.The blade is hollow ground allowing super sharpening of the blade.Construction of the knife feels super sturdy and seems like it will stay together well even under heavy use.Important to me is a heavy duty pocket clip I can slide onto my pants pocket to keep it readily available so it won't sink to the bottom. I carry a lot of stuff for my work.This is going to come in very handy.

This would make a nice gift to someone that likes unique knives. I would rate the design of the knife a 5. The blade and knife itself I'd rate a 3 so split the difference give me 4 stars. 7Cr13Mov steel is a Chinese budget steel that has average corrosion resistance and mid to good edge retention. It's similar to the time honored 440C steel that was the staple of American made outdoor knives for decades.

This is a very collectable knife. It is well built and has a great deal of weight. The deer patterns will make it stand out from other knifes. The mechanism allows you to open it with one hand. The blade is sharp. It comes with a belt clip to wear it where you will need it.
