Great flavor
I really miss pound cake as someone who is gluten free. This one is moist and has a pleasant lemon flavor, not overpowering. Would definately purchase again. Easy to make.

Gritty and tasteless
This was gross. I have tried other gluten-free lemon pound cakes mixes that actually taste and feel like cake. This was sandy/gritty and had no taste. It was a waste of the eggs and milk that I added to it. After one slice, I threw away the rest of the "cake."

Wonderful choice for a gf treat!!!
I made this as a base for fresh strawberry shortcake and my family devoured it! As a gf mom I thought it was a bit more crumbly than I prefer but taste wise it was wonderful! Our non-gf family members didn’t know the difference!

Have had better GF lemon dessert products from other companies so wouldn’t order again. Bakes too dense, lemon flavor too mild. If you aren’t familiar with a wider range of Gluten free options, you may enjoy this.
