Good for 2 months
My goal was to loose fat in my cheeks with this and I guess I notice a difference. They broke really easily though. I think I only had then for 2 months

These break apart within hours
The insides broke into small pieces within 2 hours of my starting to chew on them. Yes, I could feel the muscles working, but even the thickest (black) broke into pieces with less than 2 hours of use.

There good but over time they get more loose of being tuffer of the silicon and they become more less even from the other still would recommend but buy them at your own risk.

They are effective
I have been using them for a month, and they work wonderfully, I have to say that at first it was difficult and painful, but little by little you get used to using them and they work wonderfully, I use them every day although there are a few times when I haven't had them. Time varies, like every 3 days, but I still feel an improvement marking my face with this article, you just have to be consistent in this, I'll see how it goes in other months of use, the cost is perfect.

Helped a ton
I was skeptical at first but my jaw has become way more toned and on top of that I’ve had my nose broken a few times and it even helped open my airways again so I can smell the pine trees when I hike! Can’t tell you how much I missed that! Amazing for the price!

Just got them and the chewing tires the jaw for sure but the oittle holes work like suction cups on the sides of your tongue. Brutal!
