I eat Keto and workout 6 days a week and It did neither for me plus I take one each night before bed to keep my metabolism “working harder” while I sleep. It works for me.

There great!

I've been using there for a little more than 2 months and I feel like I have more energy through out the day. I don't feel sluggish anymore. I do really like how they taste. I was surprised how big they are. They are about the size of a peach ring. I will be continuing ordering this

My Favorite of all

The Metabolism Version of Olly is my all time favorite of all the flavors and attributes of the other Poly products. I love the slightly tart flavor of Apple Cider is not too bad of taste and I feel I lose a few pounds with each container.

Taste good, but not sure they work well

I absolutely love the taste of these, but I can’t tell. I’m losing weight using them since they’re supposed to boost my metabolism. I’ve been taking them for about four months. After six months, I’m gonna stop if I hadn’t lost much weight.

Melted and sitting in liquid

This product must have sat somewhere in the heat and was melted inside sitting in liquid it was placed in. The cold pack was pierced and all hot. Non returnable because it is considered food and I don't see a number to call to make it right. Really disappointed in this product and service.

All melted

When these arrived they were all melted. They were kind to put an ice pack in there but it just didn’t hold as it took a few days to arrive. So far I’ve been able to peel each gummy off each other one by one. I just started taking them and so far they taste really great. I would get them again but maybe not on Amazon until the cooler months.
