Good value for money. These rings are very solid and don’t warp. Taller than many other similar items, which allow for good height results. I use them to build layered starters such as salmon tartare or mousse etc. You can achieve great results using the little press. The round spatula is also convenient to move the finish item to a plate etc.

These were just a bit too big. That was my fault rather than the mould. Would buy again

Good product quality

It took me a while to use these but once I did there was no going back. My family have often laughed at my presentation of food (not the taste I hasten to add!) so I thought I'd up my game. I made a smoked mackerel paté as a starter and served it up worthy of a Michelin* restaurant thanks to these little beauties!
