This is certainly an acquired taste, you should know from the start. I have been using Shilajit supplement for a couple months now and am very pleased. I've just been taking a little "scoop" of it and consuming directly, chasing it with either a glass of water or with some herbal tea. Mixing it with water is too time consuming and messy for me. It initially took a couple weeks for me to actually notice anything, but the results are positive. I have been sleeping better, less prone to eating sweets between meals and improved joint health (knees and shoulders). The wife seems to like its other benefits as well. :o)

I bought this because of a video I've seen that showed great health benefits. Il willing to try anything once. I thought it was kinda expensive for the amount of product I received. But when I red that all is needed is a pea size amount I was okay with the cost. It's thick and dark. It taste horrible if ingested on its own. I usually mix mine with a cup of tea. I'm not going to lie if the first week. I really didn't notice anything. It took almost 2 and 1/2 weeks for me to feel like I was focusing more. My cognitive thinking was getting sharper and my overall brain function was improving. I noticed my focus wasn't proving drastically. The money was definitely worth his product and I will continue to make this part of my daily regimen. Will definitely buy again once I run out.

The product is good but the time on delivery is getting bad all the sudden. I may start shopping somewhere else

Works as described

I have taken this product along with another brand of Shilajit off Amazon. Every time I started taking either of the brands I would feel great for about 2 weeks (5 days on 2 off). Then all of a sudden out of no where I start feeling fatigue, dizziness, and having debilitating brain fog. Also I would feel like I'm short of breath. Previously when taking the other brand it got so bad that I went to the ER because I felt like I was about to faint and I had shortness of breath. Long story short after about 10k in medical bills and with numerous test from numerous specialist, they found no issues with me. During that time which lasted about 2 months I had discontinued taking Shilajit. That was the best decision because I finally started to feel better. After my previous issues with the other brand, I decided to try this brand. After about 2 weeks I started to feel the same way as the other brand. Maybe I just can't take Shilijit, but maybe the 2 brands I have tried aren't good for you.

I love shilajit. This brand is very effective and very pure. I am so energized when I take it consistently.
