No, not at the same time. It can link to many devices BUT only one at a time. It is a very basic amplifier.

Q: Can this be linked to Bluetooth via phone/iPad and as a wireless microphone for my daughter to practice her singing/dancing?

It links very easily to my phone (Android). So any output from the phone will be amplified.
