Worked great for my menopause symptoms. I was desperate with thirst and other non common symptoms. They not only got a lot better but others are completely gone. I haven’t stopped buying it since then.

I’ve been taking the supplement for about two weeks and I can honestly say it is really helping me with energy, sleep and focus. I don’t know if it’s actually increasing my estrogen levels but at the end of the day I feel like I have just accomplished so much more than I would have before and I’m not exhausted.

This works pretty well for me - at least reduces the severity of hot flashes.

Great stuff

I could tell this was helping after the first few days, but began to experience lightheadedness a few hours after taking along with still experiencing a mild bad aftertaste from the pill. I tried breaking tablet in half to see if that would help and still same reaction. I believe it's definitely worth a try and seems to work out for many, but this may not be for me.

Even though it is called Estrogen, the bottle has a small print saying that it does NOT contain Estrogen.

I’ve seen multiple reviews about this product commenting on how awful the after taste of this products was, and it almost influenced me not to purchase it. When it comes to textures and flavors, I’m fairly if not very picky, so usually I tend to avoid certain things like this when it comes down to the flavor. But from what I experienced, the flavor tastes almost verbatim to psyllium husks. It’s strong but not displeasing, and it does leave an after taste that lingers for around 1 minute. I find taking it with an electrolyte drink or coffee washes out the after taste, and is easy to swallow. Overall, the flavor is something minor for a good product
