This is good stuff. Other suppliers' lanolin smells like petroleum or something - this just smells natural. I have used it daily on my face and hands for several years (mix with 1/3 coconut oil for ease of use) and my 70 year old skin looks pretty dang good for an old bat. This is the only brand I use now, and always will.

I am a lanolin convert, I love lanolin so much for skincare. It's biomimetic which basically means your skin thinks it's natural oils, so it absorbs nicely. This particular anhydrous formula I use for slugging at night (which is typically done with vaseline) and I love that I really don't need to wash it off in the morning since I apply a thin enough layer. A little goes a really long way. The smell is also strong I will say that, but tbh I love it. It smells like a barn but not in an offensive way, I guess that's one way to tell this is the real deal. Can't beat the price for how amazing my skin looks.

I’m very happy with this skin cream. I am 77 years old and have found that this decreases my wrinkles. I put it on lightly and it has a different smell but it has a natural smell to it. I am complemented several times by family members and friends, and they all wanted to know why I didn’t have wrinkles at my age. This is the answer.

Mom is gonna be 90 next month and has been using lanolin on her lips regularly for years. I've purchased a number of other brands over the years but THIS is her absolute favorite. She says that besides the fact that the lanolin is very creamy, easy to use and leaves no greasy film, the cost is extremely reasonable. All the others I've previously purchased were more costly for a lot less product. Mom absolutely loves this item and made me make sure I don’t lose the information so she can re-order when she needs. Which at this rate, might be a year or so. Definitely try it!!

The DMSO is USP grade lanolin, so supposed to be highly refined, pharmaceutical-grade, natural wool wax. It appears to be a good product, but this brand is thinner than past brands I've purchased, so may be "watered down" in some way. However, it works well as a lip emollient and to add to lipsticks to make lip gloss. I have also added peppermint oil to some for a nice flavor and scent. Nothing works as well as lanolin for truly helping to heal chapped lips. Except for true beeswax, other waxes out there seem to exacerbate chapping.
