I love this product..very smooth and easy to mix

No real smell at all and the taste is neutral. It dissolves easily into my morning tea. My appetite is suppressed for over 5 hours. Easy to use and I feel very effective in assisting me with my health goals.

It's true, the seal gets stuck in the lid. You just have to pry it out. It really isn't too big of a deal unless it spills out in transport. Mine was fine. I do say start with a teaspoon or half a teaspoon if you're smaller person. You can build up more in time or perhaps you'll be like me and only need 1 teas. It's pricey at 15 Tablespoons for 8 oz container.

I bought this for the seborrheic dermatitis on my forehead. There is very little taste, for which I’m grateful. Sadly, I quickly realized that my gut did not like it. (It seems this is not uncommon.) However, I noticed improvement after just two topical applications! Using a very small amount once a day, my skin is visibly better after just a few days. So happy to find a natural remedy!

This stuff is great and it was sent promptly.

This has no flavor and it doesn't change the way my coffee or milk tastes. So far I like it. I've been trying to get mct's into my body but I really do not like coconut.....this product is a win win for me.....

I add this to my morning coffee for focus and health support. Works great!

Affordable for the one doing low card diet.

Be careful of this product. The bottle was received in an open condition and was not properly sealed.

The product is very good.However, the seal was broken and the oil leaked into the packet. I did not return because I needed it on an urgent basis..
