It's a great product, it's the second time I've ordered. I absolutely recommend it.I take half tea spoon in the morning on empty stomach and half tea spoon in the evening before dinner. I can see the benefits in energy levels and gut health.

I have never had bee pollen before so I didn’t really know what to expect, I was nearly put off by a review complaining about insects and bits of insects in their packet, but as it had so many other good reviews and seemed to be good value compared to a lot of the others I gave it the benefit of the doubt, I check very spoonful before it goes on my breakfast, but I can honestly say it is clean and I haven’t found as much as a tiny bug leg.Taste wise it is very pleasant, hard to describe, like sunshine, flowers and a hint of honey, also very nice in natural yogurt with a spoonful of raw wild honey, no bitterness or dirt (as someone else in the comments complained about) I definitely recommend this one

This product is not of good quality, has serious allergens!We had bee pollen since childhood, we can easily tell when we taste one, but this one has been mixed with flour! and not just any flour, it is mixed with mealworm and other "edible" bugs flour, that has strong allergens in it like chitin, which can cause strong allergic reaction, dysbiosis, metabolism problems and other gastrointestinal conditions/problems. This is what we had experienced after we tried this product; this is not a good product! and the sellers, who claim that they are selling decent "pure" 'bee pollen' are not being truthful or nice people in that sense. this is not nice, - to say at least!This can be seriously dangerous to the peoples health, therefore it must be indicated that product has bug flour!at the moment the product has been delivered to be tested in private lab, but even at the first look, we had been told that it has some 'extra' ingredient in it, - it is certainly not a pure bee pollen. I knew that already, as everyone around us had bees and we grew on those tasty pure things like bee pollen, bee-bread and organic honey.Product must be renamed into - 'not pure' and all other ingredients must be indicated, especially when they are so allergenic!Amazon product quality and discipline department must have a better checks on who and what they are selling on this platform.
