I bought the bottle two years ago and used it consistently more or less once a day (missed days on occasion and at one point I did not use it for a month since I forgot it home on a trip). I made sure to squeeze the liquid between the nail and the nailbed as much as possible. It was obvious it works after maybe 6 months or so. Now the nail is clear but it took longer than a year. This may sound long but given the abysmal performance of other products of this type, in comparison, to me at least, this product deserves 5 stars

Not sure this product works that well, it is good to help with minimal issues, but not sure it works for anything more. Will continue to search for a product that does the job it advertises for.

I have tried soooo many fungus products that is sad (not to mention the money I have spent). I have been dealing with it for 15 years at least on my two big toes. My podiatrist said tea tree oil -- did NOTHING. I did not want to go on lamisil as I like beer and wine and was worried that I could damage my liver. My 91 year old mom got a fungus in the assisted living facilty and her doc prescribed Ciclopirox. I could not believe the positive results on my moms nail so I ask my podiatrist to prescribe it for me. OMG -- I am wearing open toed sandals and toe nail polish -- I am soooo happy, thank you CICLOPIROX.

This stuff works. I tried so many creams and other expensive products. None of them worked. Even the stuff I got from the foot doctor. I used the whole tube without seeing any progress. I have only been using for a month and I see a lot of progress. My nails that are affected are less brown and they don’t hurt. I use a nail grinder every two weeks to grind a layer off so the stuff can go deeper. It works! I would say in another month or two my nails will be back to normal and I’ll keep using it to insure I never have ugly toenails again!

What a fantastic product! This product does as advertised. Very easy to soak feet in warm water and then apply the product with the supplied applicator brush. It also helps ease the pain and removes the black coloring in the nail! The product works as long as you use it according to the directions. Simple but yet very effective in treating toenail fungus. Will purchase more when needed. This bottle would seem to last quite a while! good product and ease of use.

I don’t normally write reviews and I was skeptical before I bought this. I had a pedicure done and the nail tech did me dirty by cutting my sidewalls and rounding my toenails down. I was panicking because I knew it was going to give me an ingrown toenails. I was so angry at that nail tech. So I started researching on how to prevent an ingrown toenail as the nail grows out. I saw a tiktok of someone recommending an antifungal with natural oils so I gave it a shot. I followed the instructions of putting this on twice a day and it not only helped prevent the ingrown toenail but has helped my pincer nails AND fixed my onycholysis (separation of nail from nail bed). What’s amazing is that not much of the product is required. Just make sure you cover the nail and surrounding skin. Highly recommend this to prevent ingrown nails. Will not cure an ingrown nail, you need to see a doctor for that. Will buy again.

I've been treating my nails FOR OVER TWO YEARS NOW. I bought another product off amazon because this stuff was not available when I tried to get it. The other stuff smelled like vinegar and my wife couldn't stand it. This product has no smell and has been working so many times better than the other crap. Don't waste your time with other products. I did and wasted a bunch of money and time. I figure my toes will finally be back to normal 100% in a couple more months. It takes time. If you use it every day and keep with it works. update- a couple people have contacted me to ask how long it takes for this to work. As far as I can tell, the product stops the fungus from growing on the new nail BUT the new nail will take time to grow. More than a year for the entire nail to replace itself if you use the product twice daily like I did. You will see the old contaminated nail slowly grow out and it will lift off the toe so be careful not to snag and tear it. clip, clean under, or even use a product that dissolves the dead cutin to get rid of it sooner. The entire fungus nail will NOT be attached to your toe fyi. As the new nail grows in it will grow in attached. the nail root will have fungus too so don’t be surprised if a couple new nails have to grow before you see a “moon” reappear on your nail. when you see the “moon” you know the nail bed is alive and the new nail is growing into the toe. This took me a year and a half BUT i was using a different product for the first year. A product that didn’t work like this stuff does. One of my big toes took way longer to clear up than the other. I ended up loosing the nail mostly before the new one grew in healthy. it was just way more damaged than the other one. you will see black bands and lines disappear eventually on the healthy nail and again it takes time. I am using this stuff daily still waiting for the last 5 mm of nail on my worst toe to finish growing out. i have moons on all my toes. the nails are no longer brittle and even though there are still rings on the nails you can tell they are attached to the toe and still growing out. But the nails are healthy now. they look as they should. UPDATE JAN 2026- I am still using this product. My nails all cleared up what I thought was completely. A few months later the issue had returned. Not sure if it was the fact that I probably should have tossed out every pair of shoes, boots, and socks I had an bought new footware to ensure the fungus was not recontaminating my toes from old gear BUT I think that could be what happened. The toes are clearing up. I have one finger with a black line in that is not going away. I have pretty much resigned myself to the fact that I should just use the stuff daily as part of my routine. That way I can keep everything in check no matter what. In time, eventually my footware will all be replaced while the nails are clear and at that time perhaps I will be able to finally stop using this product. For now, the two to three bottles a year it has taken to get the nails cleared up has been worth it considering I have found no other solutions that work as well as this stuff. It has been 35 months of using the stuff with a break of a few months in there. Im guessing in another 12 months I should be totally cleared up again. Then I will probably toss all my footware and try buying new evrerything to see if that keeps the nails clear. All I know is it is a long process but mine have cleared up and are clearing up again so all good. I will probably just end up using this stuff for the rest of my life. If that is what it takes to keep my nail healthy so be it.

Product is effective in treating fungal concerns on toes and toenails. noticed a reduction in inflammation very quickly. flaky and red skin was visibly better within 2 days. Pain has reduced as well!

I am on my 2nd bottle. My nail looks better but I can't see much progress. I have a new bottle now and will continue to use and see how I progress. My nails don't look as ugly but I would like to see more new nail after 6 month
