Very good vitamins for a decent price, highly recommend 🙂

Arrived promptly and seems okay ! Like any vitamins you take them obviously with or after food ofc and a main meal preferably. VFM for 180 tabs or six months supple ? Yes ofc it is.

I struggle with heartburn and since taking one of these a night before bed I haven’t had any heartburn. Highly recommend. They are quite big but they are coated in a way that makes them easy to swallow

Great multivitamins. Doesnt taste as bad as others. Smell okay. I mean you do swallow them whole so that doesnt matter. Seems to work Great. Feel superhuman already. But seriously I have noticed better sleep since taking them.

They taste "funny" almost wood like. But having not had any other brand, they may all be like that. Cant tell you if they work, have to believe what the bottle says i guess and that they are providing the vitamins.
