Great product. Its been 10 days and we are very satisfied. Our only concern was the delay from amazon in fixing the installation process. I decided to directly call the pureit company and fixed the installation. They were very good. They took care immediately, installation was very good and after service calls were also made to ensure right service. Very happy with the customer service

I purchased Revito Prime 8L water purifier 11 months back. I stay in Bengaluru high rise society, we use mostly tanker water, with some percentage of borewell water. Our society has pretty good functioning WTP(Water treatment plant) if that matters. TDS of main source water is 654 and after flirtation its 61. Taste of output water is really good. We are a family of 3 including a baby, sometimes guests come for staying few weeks, so you can guess the water usage, apart from normal drinking we use filter water for cooking as well and even for baby bath. I particularly liked the filtration speed and output water flow speed, its really good. The overall look and feel, sturdiness and components quality is excellent. So far we had no issues with the purifier unless today after 11 months completion, we saw suddenly ESF blue light blinking, I got tensed, I had read negative reviews about service people how they ask high price just for filter replacement. I started searching more on avg AMC cost of filter replacement cost in a year. Revito Prime has 2 parts: 1 ESF(external filter) also known as GKK1, 2nd GKK Filter(present inside purifier box) also known as GKK2. ESF cost is 3k+ installation Service charge 350, GKK2 cost is 4300+service 350, NOTE: order the Filter kit ESF or GKK from official PureIt website , make prepayment and get 350 service charge waived off. My ESF blue light was blinking as it was still in warranty(11 months old), so service was free, I called them and they came and checked, ESF Blue light blinking means only ESF cleaning is required if its not very dirty. He checked the filter it was already clean, still he checked and cleaned it further and resinstalled it, he opened the purifier box also and reset the led and its started working. 0 charges involved in this, looking at filter he said it'll work atleast for next 2-3 months easily, then red ESF will blink at that time ESF filter needs to be replaced. So as per my usage ESF works for 13-14 months and GKK for almost 2 years, so you can calculate in 1 year how much filter replacement will cost you. Note, after 2 years you need to pay 4300 for GKK replacement but it'll run for another 2 years and on an avg u can expect ESF to be changed annually for 3k. Service charges of 350 will be applicable for filter replacement even when its in warranty and u need to replace the filter, unless u order the filter online as stated above. For normal cleaning of filter under warranty its free service. I'm very much satisfied with this product and its quality and its definitely recommended. Its AMC is comparable or may be slightly lesser if you'll compare with Aquaguard or Kent similar level of models. Attaching the used ESF pics before cleaning which was reinserted after little bit of cleaning.

Item was good. But installation is done in a very manner without checking TDS and water taste. That service person response is not lifting call for next time No proper communication. Don't send such persons.

There are a few things that troubled us. 1. I had called the pureit service centre after 6 months of use, they told me to wait till the mahine gives a signal and it didn't. And finally when I decided to get it serviced and when opened the machine, we saw everything had turned black. 2. It used to make a lot of noise while filling water. The service guy corrected it, and now it's smooth and silent like butter. So why was the new machine delivered was noisy? Thanks to the service guy. Otherwise I would have rated it 2 stars for making so much noise. Rest everything is fine.

Great product and fast installation service

I am writing this review after a usage of almost 8 months, such a disastrous decision which i have made after going through the review here. Initially from amazon all the delivery and installation from the pure it happens perfect. Then the water quality, taste, purification everything was perfect, with that i have started using the Pure it revito prime. No comes the problem, one day all of a sudden the water taste become odd, called the pure it customer care where they sent their service person, he came asked to change the sediment filter. Where there in the device it wont show where its flop model thats wat the agent confirmed with us and we had changed the filter within the warranty of Rs.475 have charged from them. After a months time again we have got the service issue and same repeated this time, they said nothing can be done, need to change the membrane and FR filter, and the sign board shown that too in display. After so many calls to customer support, writing mails to customer forum, their head mail M Srinivasan, nothing has happened, now after 25 days they have asked to change the filters without cost within the warranty period. When we asked to change the device, they abruptly rude and disconnect the call and they want to us to take the offer otherwise they will not change anything nor they give any solution. They do not want to take customer feedback, they will only go with the process. Such useless customer support and customer services from employees. They treat the customers like pay for once and nothing else will be taken care by them. Such a useless people in system.

product is too good.best part is no need of power supply to dispense water.switch off the power after tank full in case of power failure still u can got water if the tank is full it is very good feature.it has no touch screen so it is very easy to use for elders.it gives 8000 liter water and wastage of water is minimal.it is most value for money product.it is very fast it need approx 12 minutes for full tank.
