I've been trying to wear compression stockings for years after many requests from my drs to do so. No matter what size I bought, they didn't fit or I was unable to get them on, even with hubby's help. I bought a special contraption to help get them on, but was unable to figure it out.And then, about 6 months ago, I discovered zippered stockings + bought 5 prs of them throughout my months of using them. I could easily get them on + off but they cut into the back of the knees + all along the length of the zippers. Even with them having thin protective cloth flaps, the zippers themselves were stiff + hurt like blazes. I didn't pay much for them. Perhaps that was the problem.BUT THESE ONES ARE PERFECT!😎The size chart is accurate + the stockings feel like heaven. My legs feel good, like they're being massaged.The zippers are of high quality + stay zippered. My cheap stockings also have fabric flaps to prevent skin being pinched by the zippers but they're not made of high quality material like these + they frequently got caught in the the zippers. 3 stockings have been thrown away because it was impossible to get their cheap, protective fabric flaps out from being caught in the zipper.🌺 If you or a loved one is in need of wearing compression stockings, BUY THESE. Like I said before, "These are perfect" + may solve any problems you have wearing compression stockings I'm absolutely thrilled + happy I bought 3 prs of these right away because they're SO worth it in every way.😎🌺UPDATE: I found that my 3 prs of size XL fit but don't offer me as much compression as I'd like. Going down to the size L makes all the difference. The helpful, patient seller helped me finally get the perfect fit.FYI: We own 2 tape measurers + one measures a full inch smaller than the other one. I was using the other tape measurer when I originally measured my ankles + calves + it gave me a full inch larger circumferences around the ankles + calves than the one I used last night, thus me buying 3 prs of the wrong size at 1st.They felt gr8 but, maybe too gr8 for being compression stockings.I'll keep my 3 prs of too big XL's because my edema is worse at times + I may need them.

I'm a 74-year-old overweight man with peripheral spondyloarthropathy. I have been wearing these stockings for 2 years and they still provide great support for me. Recently, I thought they might be so easy to put on because they were stretching out. I wear size 13 shoes and use 3XL stockings. I just bought a new pair. Still easy to put on and feel great. But I will continue to use my 2-year-old stockings because they are still supportive.These stockings are comfortable-check, easy to put on-check, easy to care for-check, and helpful for my arthritis-check.

These are really easy to put on with the use of the zipper. They are very durable and easy to clean. I bought them for my mom who needs them so she doesn’t develop a blood clot. So far, they have been working great. Worth the money and I highly recommend giving them a try.

I needed to wear support stockings 24/7 for 3 weeks after my surgery. These we wonderful because they provided the needed compression but were super easy to put on and take off.

This item with the zipper is what was needed to replace the old style being used with no zipper. The fit is good, quality is good, and is a lot, lot easier to put on. The only thing I would recommend is that this size chart needs further clarification. to make it easier to read and compatible, when comparing it to the other separate Casmon advertisement for ordering 2 pairs of compression socks.
