Delivery was quick and on time as usual for amazon. These capsules are easy to swallow i had no problems with that. But sadly they didn't seem to suit me. On the first day they made me vomit. Very strange not had this problem before. I carried on with them for over a month no more vomiting. I had no other side effects except constipation. They are full of goodness, they obviously suit lots of people just not me. Shame but it's a chance you take with new suppliments. The seller helped with advice the best they could. I tried different ways of taking them. Sad for me as they looked good.

This actually works to decrease or stop bloating. Well worth the money spent. As directed best to take before eating. Nothing has worked for me until this.

Started taking these to try and sort my digestive system out...and also because I'm a great believer in the importance of good gut health. I'm on my second bottle now, and if I'm honest I can't say I've noticed anything at all...I still get heartburn and still have a unsettled digestive system. But, I've gone through most ot this winter without picking up any colds or flu or stomach bugs, which in my work is almost impossible to avoid, so maybe they are doing their job in intercepting bad bacteria and viruses. They haven't caused me any problems so I'll keep taking them and they are a good price compared to some of the others.

I have to say, this is hands down the best probiotic I have ever used and I only take 1 capsule a day (half the recommended dosage). I have used other well regarded brands in the past ( e.g. Nutrivita) but I can definitely say, this one takes the top spot, especially because it has the added digestive enzymes which I think play a major role in the effectiveness. My digestion is just absolutely spot on, no bloating, minimal passing of gas and at that odur free. I'm very impressed and this will be my staple go to probitoic ! Edit: I have recently upped my dosage to the recommended 2 capsules and I can say that beneficial effects as aformentioned have been very noticeably boosted !

L’intestin – notre deuxième cerveau – est un organe très important ! Il y a quelques temps, j’ai eu une irritation de l’intestin assez douloureuse, et depuis je fais attention. J’apprécie vraiment cette cure de probiotiques et prébiotiques en capsules. Depuis que j’ai commencé la cure, je me sens beaucoup plus détendue, moins ballonnée, plus en forme. Je remarque réellement les bienfaits de cette cure. J’espère qu’après la cure, les bienfaits resteront présents longtemps. Je recommande.

Mit Nahrungsergänzungen hab ich es ja nicht so aber manches ist sinnvoll und dann sollte man die modernen Möglichkeiten zur Ergänzung nutzen. Mangelnder Schlaf,Stress , Medikamente (z.B. Antibiotika) oder auch eine unausgewogene Ernährung führen schnell zu Ungleichgewicht in unserem Verdauuungssystem. Ich hab verschiedene Probiotika probiert und die hier habe ich nun schon das zweite Mal gekauft, weil sie gut zu mir passen. da muß man ein wenig probieren um die Unterschiede und die Verträglichkeit zu testen. Ich habe bei diesem Produkt keine Probleme (Unverträglichkeiten) wie bei anderen Produkten - statt dessen habe ich ein rundum gutes "Bauchgefühl". Meine Empfehlung "ja" aber ganz sicher keine Garantie. Dafür ist die Verdauung ein zu individuelles Feld. Kurz gesagt - einen Versuch ist es wert und meinen habe ich nicht bereut. Ich hoffe es hilft Euch wie mir.
