Looks good
Have not tested the Lanyard yet but it looks the part, the mechanisms seems to be of good quality. I have no reason to think it will not work as intenden. It just need an additional attachment for the quick-release, something like a little keyring-ball or something easy to grab incase of the need to quick-release.

Quality for the price
This product is exactly as described. I would plan on replacing the carabiners to stainless as the spring must not be because it rusts. Very durable and the knots/weaves are high quality.

Rope Sheath Moves
The sheath of the rope gives when pulling during FIM dives. But for the cost I suppose itβs okay for light training.

Unsafe - difficult to remove in an emergency
The wrist wrap isn't easy to remove. It threads through a metal fixture. This is the most important safety feature of a freediving lanyard. Go with something else.

Mostly Alright
The rope works fine. One of the carabiners are almost useless because it won't open all of the way so it's very hard to push the rope loop through.
