I love this stuff for adding to French Toast batter, homemade vanilla bean ice cream and any number of pastries. So much easier than digging vanilla beans from the pods

I like this vanilla powder much better than the other brands. I use it in all my baking and also a little in my coffee. I feel like the flavor isn't as strong in my recent jars so I took a star off due to that reason. It's still a good product and of course delivery to your door in a day is amazing.
