Great phone!!
Delivered faster than expected!! Great phone, I have been using HTC for almost 9 years and they continue to deliver. Camera is is not so wow though u12+ had a way better camera in 2017 when I bought it.

Not great software
Honestly. It's kind of bad. Fine specs. But the software and UI options are kind of limited. I cannot use the screen when a notification comes in and there is no setting change. Customization is very limited. The top bar is super clunky requiring multiple swipes. Cameras look kind of low quality for what they say. Performance is fine but all I use it for is memes and YouTube. Support offered, nonexistent, unable to root it. Will not be trusting this company again with 400 dollars. Probably need to return.

Everything meets my expectation
The phone arrived quickly. It was in great condition. It appeared to be a Taiwanese model. I configured it back to English as I went through Android setup. Regular web browsing and video watching are perfectly fine on this phone.

It doesn't meet expectations
Still htc company out of end touch, the mobile lack of lot of things. Settings scroll window wifi and mobile combined together, better to be separated. There's no option to close all opened apps, only one by one. I think the mobile need improvements.
