I've been taking this for awhile and it seems that this product is the only thing that helps me. I take it pretty frequently and a regular customer of this. If you're having any kidney or urinary issues this is the best product to get. Effectiveness: Helps regulate frequent urinary issues.

TL;DR It works and I am kicking myself for not continuing my maintenance of a pill a day for a year. I have had kidney stones practically my entire adult life, producing one every 4 to 6 months. 3 years ago my pattern changed tho.
